This shopping mall and offices project was designed in an L-shaped configuration that maximizes the shopping alleys and views.
From the main entrance side, the building enjoys a largely glazed façade punctuated by vertical sunshades made of local yellow stone, characteristic of the region of Jbeil.
These elements are distributed in a non-symmetrical way creating a playful façade.
Their different thicknesses and orientations generate variations in the building’s perception depending on the angle of view.
