L'Armonial is featured in the 5th issue of ”Building & Co" magazine, a publication by APAVE. By rehabilitating and incorporating an old façade into a modern building, it is the first real estate project in Lebanon primarily focused on the preservation of the Lebanese architectural heritage, which is now endangered.
