Beb Beirut
With its prime location in continuity with the Martyrs Square on the southern entrance of downtown, Beb Beirut is designed as an iconic project in its urban context.
The plot is bordered by two roads and a small public square.
The project is divided into 2 volumes, slightly offset, articulated around a majestic entrance accessible from the 2 opposite roads.
There are commercial spaces on the ground floor with a double height ceiling.
On the upper floors, the residential spaces benefit from a largely glazed façade to capture the different views of the urban environment through the balconies and the vertical protective elements.
Two duplexes on top form the crown of the project, with large terraces and swimming pools covered by pergolas
