The Armonial was a forerunner in the preservation of tradionnal buildings.
It raised awareness on the importance of the architectural heritage by renovating and incorporating a 1920s building in an ambitious real estate development.

The project preserves the charm of the old with the comfort and flexibility of modern buildings.

Two floors were added to the traditional building to ensure a smooth and harmonious transition with the new tower in the back.
