Located in the heart of the Sidi Abdallah Cyber ​​Park, 25 km from Algiers, the "Center Multilocataires - Hôtel d'Entreprise" was an initiative launched by the Algerian Ministry of Telecommunications and Technologies in 2004 that aims to link the suburbs of Algiers to the capital through urban operations in academic and scientific fields.

The project houses a start-up incubator for young companies as well as a "corporate hotel" dedicated to large companies already well-established.

Separated into two independent blocks, they are connected by a large central public space, facing an artificial lake that creates a microclimate in this arid context.
The center is the first smart building in the region, designed in a modern architectural language, reflecting the timeless, entrepreneurial and innovative image of the institutions and companies it will house.

The project won the 2015 - 2016 "Arab Property Award" for the category "Architecture of Public Facilities".
