The project consists of planning an open urban block on a 21,000 m² plot, designed as a neighborhood in the city, with its residences, shops, work spaces, leisure facilities, meeting points and green spaces.
Composed around a green and central pedestrian avenue, this configuration makes it possible to create a plinth built along the inner street and parallel to the main street housing the shopping center as well as the large offices plateau.
Thanks to its residential towers, the Tiksraine island is a landmark in this uniform urban fabric.
