This new building located on the northeastern boundary of the campus serves two main functions:
-A 6 floors parking, four of which are underground to allow the campus to be car-free and ecological.
-A medical simulation center on the two upper floors.

The building is designed around the large centennial trees of the botanical garden.
The building’s envelope is made of exposed concrete and benefits on the Northside of a large translucent glass façade made with Profilite (U glass), to flood the spaces of the medical simulation center with
light while preserving the required intimacy. The building is also equipped with a photovoltaic cell field on the roof.
