Achour residences consist of two L-blocks housing 67 apartments on top of a commercial platform surrounding a central garden.
The project recalls with its stepped silhouette the Algerian Kasbah and incorporates essential traditional elements in an adapted contemporaneity.
Modern moucharabiehs, large planters, roof terraces, hanging gardens, and pergolas decorate the cascades of volumes articulated under the light.
